1. Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license.

2. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp after staff verification. A booking deposit may be required to secure the vehicle.

3. Payment: Full payment is due before vehicle handover. We accept cash and bank transfers.

4. Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup, or a refuelling charge will apply.

5. Insurance: All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The renter bears the first RM1,000 of any damage (excess fee) unless reduced by an optional waiver.

6. Damage & Fines: Renters are responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges, and any damage not covered by insurance incurred during the rental period.

7. Late Returns: A late return fee of RM50 per hour applies beyond the agreed return time without prior notice.

8. Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

9. Usage Restrictions: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, sub-rental, racing, off-road driving, or conveyance of hazardous materials.

10. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged if violated.
